Your 17-character Vehicle Identification Number is visible on the lower corner of the windshield (driver's side), on the driver's door jamb sticker, and on your vehicle registration document.

Common Mercedes chassis codes: W205 = C-Class, W213 = E-Class, W222 = S-Class (pre-2020), W223 = S-Class (2021+), W177 = A-Class, W247 = B-Class, W253 = GLC, W167 = GLE, W463 = G-Class. The chassis code is usually the first three characters of your VIN after the WMI.

We connect to your Windows laptop via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You plug your diagnostic interface (C4/C6) into the car's OBD port. The session typically takes 30–90 minutes depending on how many features are activated. You can watch every step in real time.

FBS4 is the immobilizer system used in Mercedes vehicles from roughly 2015 onwards (W205, W213, W223, and newer). We program genuine Mercedes keys to your vehicle's FBS4 system using factory tools and secure online authorization.

We offer an All Keys Lost (AKL) solution. Depending on your location, we can come to you or arrange secure towing to a partner workshop. The process requires proof of ownership and valid ID.

NTG3.5–5.5 systems: instant delivery after payment. NTG6, NTG7, and Gen20x systems: same day, usually within a few hours. We generate codes using official Mercedes databases.

We support most Mercedes-Benz models from 2011 onwards with NTG4.5 and newer infotainment systems. Some older models may have limited compatibility. Send us your VIN for a free compatibility check.

Xentry is the official Mercedes-Benz diagnostic and programming software. It handles fault reading, coding, and SCN online functions. DTS Monaco is an advanced engineering tool used for ECU flashing, parameter changes, and deep-level programming that Xentry cannot perform.

C4 works for most models up to around 2020. C6 is required for the newest DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol) models including W223, C206, and X167 with latest firmware. If you plan to work on newer cars, invest in C6.

Yes. ZenZefi is required for SECoC coding and FBS4 key programming. It provides the secure online authorization tokens that Mercedes demands for these sensitive operations. Without it, many modern functions are simply impossible.
