What You Need
Session Requirements
To run a remote diagnostic session, you need three things. We guide you through setup if it's your first time.
ENET Cable or C4/C6 VCI
An ENET cable (€15) connects newer Mercedes to your laptop via the OBD port. For older models or deeper access, a C4 or C6 VCI is required.
Shop C6 VCI →Stable Internet
A stable broadband connection is essential. Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed recommended. Ethernet connection to your laptop is preferred over WiFi.
Windows Laptop
Windows 10 or 11 laptop with at least 8GB RAM. We install Xentry via TeamViewer or you can use your own licensed copy.
